The Annual Delegates Conference (ADC) is Kuapa Kokoo’s highest decision-making authority and the greatest milestone in Ghana's cooperative calendar. Delegates elected from over 1,300 village societies travel to the national assembly to debate policies, audit cooperative accounts, and democratically elect the National Executive Committee.
Unlike traditional agribusinesses, Kuapa Kokoo belongs entirely to its cocoa farmers. At the ADC, farmers celebrate the annual Fairtrade Social Premium disbursement — funding boreholes, maternity clinics, schools, and agro-inputs that transform cocoa-growing villages nationwide.
Relive the passionate debates, colorful cultural entrances, and momentous declarations that make the Annual Delegates Conference unforgettable.

At the 29th ADC, our society delegates tabled a petition to direct Fairtrade funds toward emergency maternal health. Within nine months, the clinic was commissioned.
